To schedule a tax appointment using our online calendar:

Please click on a time for us to meet with you to review your tax situation and assist you with your tax return. If you are married and filing a joint return with your spouse, you must select a date and time when you and your spouse can both attend.

Appointments begin on the hour and are available in one-hour increments. Unavailable times are not listed.

If you need to file tax returns for more than one tax year, please call us at 218.396.1002 so that we can assist you in scheduling your appointment. We want to be certain that we reserve enough time to help you with all of your returns.

**An Intake Sheet (IRS Form 13614-C) must be completed before tax preparation.**

If you do not fill one out ahead of time, the site will provide the form to you when you arrive for your appointment.

**You must bring a photo ID for each taxpayer listed on the return and a Social Security or ITIN card for each taxpayer or dependent listed on the return together with all of your tax documents.** If you do not have these documents, you must obtain them before your appointment. A replacement Social Security card can be ordered by visiting https://www.ssa.gov/ssnumber/replace_your_card.html
